KiwiSpan “Build & Chill” Promotion - Terms and Conditions

    1. By partaking in this KiwiSpan promotion (Promotion), each KiwiSpan customer (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
    2. The Promoter is KiwiSpan NZ 2017, 31 Hannah Street, Whangarei.
    3. The Promotion: Each new KiwiSpan building contract signed for a steel structured KiwiSpan building with a minimum contract value of $10,000 (excl. GST), will be eligible to receive one free Icey-Tek Chilly Bin 70LT (Prize).
    4. The period for this promotion (Promotion Period) is between Sunday 1st of September and Thursday 31st of October 2024. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the promotion will be accepted.
    5. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion entrants must sign a new building contract for a steel structured KiwiSpan building and have made the final payment for the building no later than 12 months past the signing of the contract.
    6. This contract must be signed by both the entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee. Failure to complete the entry process correctly will result in the entrant being unable to receive an Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT).
    7. For kitset supply projects, dispatch of the Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT) will occur once final payment has been made in full and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for the Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT), this date must be no later than 12 months past the signing of the contract.
    8. To be eligible to receive one free Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT), a minimum contract value of $10,000 (excl. GST) applies.
    9. The Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT) will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee) and paid in full within 12 months of signing the contract.
    10. In the event that the Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT) becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize.
    11. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft, forgery, damage associated with the Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT).
    12. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.
    13. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the promotion (including the prize) at any time at its sole discretion. Any award of the Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT) is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
    14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify any aspect of these terms and conditions in the event of an error or oversight. Such amendments will be made in good faith and with the intention of rectifying any inaccuracies. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure fairness throughout the Promotion.
    15. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.
    16. Entry is open to entrants who have signed a new building contract in the promotion period for a steel structured KiwiSpan building in New Zealand only and entrants must be resident in New Zealand.
    17. Employees of the KiwiSpan licensee network and Donovan Group companies are not eligible to enter the promotion.
    18. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this promotion, and to advise details of further promotions by mail, email, or texts. You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering this competition. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter at the address specified in this clause. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email info@kiwispan.co.nz.
    19. Personal information provided by an entrant in connection with the promotion will be collected and used as provided in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kiwispannz.co.nz/privacy-policy/
