KiwiSpan Nelson/Tasman is owned and operated by locals Emerson Mytton and Dan McCorkindale. They are known in the Tasman region for their construction business, Emerson Mytton Builders, established early in 1998. The team are excited about being able to offer you the full KiwiSpan experience.

Emerson and Dan share a long working relationship within the building industry. Emerson, while owning his own company for 20+ years has a true passion for sheds (you can’t get enough!). In his opinion, there is no shed too big. Dan has had the lucky experience of traveling the world and working in places where sheds are a luxury item. As certified builders and accomplished project managers, the two have successfully delivered construction projects of all shapes, sizes, and complexity.
