- By partaking in this KiwiSpan promotion (Promotion) each KiwiSpan customer (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, Entrants must sign a binding new KiwiSpan Build Contract for the purchase by the Entrant of a steel-structured KiwiSpan building. The new KiwiSpan Build Contract must be signed by both the Entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee between 1st October and 30th November 2023 (Promotion Period). Failure to complete the process correctly and during the Promotion Period will result in the Entrant being ineligible to benefit from the Promotion and to be ineligible to receive the Roller Door Automation Unit Discount Offer or enter the Grand Prize Draw as part of the Promotion.
- Roller Door Automation Unit Discount Offer: For every new KiwiSpan Build Contract signed by the Entrant within the Promotion Period such Entrant will be eligible to receive a 50% promotional discount on the cost of selected Garador roller door automation units, on the following terms:
- a.) The selected Garador brand roller door automation units applicable to the Promotion are the Reflex RDO-1 Opener and the Hiro GDO-12 Opener Automation Units.
- b.) This promotional discount can be used once and is limited to a maximum of three (3) Automation Units per KiwiSpan Build Contract.
- c.) This promotional discount does not apply to the cost of delivery, installation or the cost of the associated with the roller door itself or any other accessories or customizations.
- d.) The promotional discount is solely applicable to be applied against the cost of the Automation Units, has no cash redemption value and cannot be assigned to any other person or transferred or applied to any other item purchased under the Build Contract.
- e.) The promotional discount will be applied by, at the same time as, and subject to, the Entrant paying to the KiwiSpan licensee the rest of the price under the applicable new KiwiSpan Build Contract.
- Grand Prize Draw: Each binding new KiwiSpan Build Contract that includes the purchase by the Entrant of one or more of the B&D brand roller doors listed below, and is signed by both the Entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee within the Promotion Period, will go in a draw for the chance to win one (1) of three (3) credits to the build contract value, excluding installation on one of the applicable B&D roller doors and automation unit, on the following terms:
- a.) The B&D brand roller doors applicable to the Promotion are the B&D Series 1/A Domestic Roller Door the B&D Series 2/C Commercial Roller Door and the B&D Series 3/B Semi-Commercial Roller Door.
- b.) The credit will be applied against the final invoice for the KiwiSpan Build Contract, can be redeemed only once, has no cash redemption value and cannot be assigned to any other person or transferred or applied to any other item purchased under the Build Contract.
- c.) Each KiwiSpan Build Contract and each Entrant is only eligible to win one prize.
- d.) If there are multiple roller doors on one building purchased by a winning Entrant under a KiwiSpan Build Contract, the prize will be calculated as the average RSP value of the applicable doors and automation units.
- e.) To enter the Grand Prize Draw the Entrant does not have to have taken up the Roller Door Automation Unit Discount Offer described above in these terms and conditions.
- f.) The three winners will be drawn at random by or on behalf of KiwiSpan from eligible entries on Monday 4th December 2023 and will be contacted via the contact details held by their local KiwiSpan licensee.
- g.) If any winning Entrant cannot be contacted by KiwiSpan using the details provided to KiwiSpan by the Entrant or otherwise by Monday 18th December 2023, that winning Entrant will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize that would have been awarded to such Entrant may be redrawn by KiwiSpan on terms as it may determine.
- h.) Winners shall be as notified by KiwiSpan to winning Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained by KiwiSpan.
- By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to participate in all promotional, public, or marketing activity requested by KiwiSpan, its related entities and its agents in relation to the Promotion without any notification, remuneration or compensation.
- Entry is open to Entrants who have signed binding contracts in the Promotion Period for KiwiSpan steel-structured buildings in New Zealand only and Entrants must be resident in New Zealand.
- Employees of the KiwiSpan licensee network and Donovan Group companies are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
- Personal information provided by an Entrant in connection with the Promotion will be collected and used as provided in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kiwispannz.co.nz/privacy-policy/
