KiwiSpan Build and Chill Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. 1. By entering the promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
   2. To be eligible for the promotion, entrants must sign a new building contract for a steel-structured KiwiSpan building. This contract must be signed by both the entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee between 8am Monday 3rd April 2023 and 5pm on Wednesday 31st of May 2023. Failure to complete the entry process correctly may result in the entry being invalid.
   3. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the promotion will be accepted.
   4. Every new KiwiSpan building contract signed will receive: one free Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT) and one entry in the draw to win a Stoked Stainless Classic Tub.
   5. The Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT) will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee). For kitset supply projects, dispatch will occur once final payment has been made and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for the Icey-Tek Chilly Bin (70LT), this date must be no later than 1st June 2024.
   6. The winner of the Classic Tub will be drawn at random on Tuesday 6th June 2023 by an independent third party and will be contacted via the contact details held by their local KiwiSpan licensee.
   7. If the Classic Tub prize winner cannot be contacted by Tuesday 27^th of June, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
   8.  The Classic Tub prize will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee). Installation costs are not included. For kitset supply projects, dispatch will occur once final payment has been made and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for the Classic Tub, this date must be no later than 1st June 2024.
   9. If at any stage the prize winner’s contract for the supply of a KiwiSpan steel structure does not proceed, they will forfeit the prize. Upon two weeks after official notification of the contract’s cancellation, KiwiSpan will redraw the prize winner following the promotional procedure.
   10. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not to be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.
   11. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, KiwiSpan and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
   12. By partaking in the promotion, the prize winner agrees to participate in all promotional, public, or marketing activity requested by KiwiSpan, related entities and its agents in relation to the promotion and the use of the prize winner’s image or voice (including photograph, file and/or recording of the same) for an unlimited period of time without any notification, remuneration or compensation.
   13. Entrants must be 16 years of age or above.
   14. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
   15. Employees of KiwiSpan and Donovan Group Ltd NZ are not eligible to enter this promotion.
