Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in this KiwiSpan promotion (Promotion), each Entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The Promoter is KiwiSpan Limited, 115 Bank Street, Whangarei.
3. The Promotion: Sign up to the KiwiSpan mailing list at Fieldays 2026, and go into the draw to win a Weber® Family Q®+ Premium (Q3200N+) Gas Barbecue (LPG) (Prize).
4. The Promotional Period: Between 8:00am, Wednesday 10^th June 2026 and 4:00pm, Saturday 13^th June 2026. Only entries received by the specified Promotion Period will be accepted.
5. The Entrant must sign up at the KiwiSpan site H47 at Fieldays 2026, Mystery Creek, Hamilton, New Zealand during the Promotional Period.
6. Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
7. The Prize winner will be drawn at random on 16^th June 2026 and contacted via phone or email using the details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.
8. By entering this Promotion, the Entrant agrees to receive marketing emails from KiwiSpan and agrees to our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
10. The Prize must be sent to a New Zealand address.
11. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
12. In the event that the specified Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative Prize.
13. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft, forgery or damage associated with the Prize.
14. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error.
15. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the promotion (including the Prize) at any time at its sole discretion. Any award of the Prize is at the Promoter’s discretion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify any aspect of these terms and conditions in the event of an error or oversight. Such amendments will be made in good faith and with the intention of rectifying any inaccuracies. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure fairness throughout the Promotion.
17. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. Any copyright arising from such material will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the Entrants.
18. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the KiwiSpan licensee network and Donovan Group companies are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
19. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this promotion, and to advise details of further promotions by mail, email, or texts. You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering this competition. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter at the address specified in Clause 2. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email info@kiwispan.co.nz.
20. Personal information provided by an Entrant in connection with the promotion will be collected and used as provided in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kiwispannz.co.nz/privacy-policy/
