- By partaking in this KiwiSpan promotion, each KiwiSpan customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- To be eligible for entry into the promotion, entrants must sign a new building contract for a steel-structured KiwiSpan building. This contract must be signed by both the entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee between Wednesday 1st May 2024 and Sunday 30th June 2024. Failure to complete the process correctly and during the promotion period will result in the entrant being ineligible to enter the draw to win one of three Swanndri gift vouchers valued at $1500.
- The Swanndri gift voucher will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee) and paid in full within 12 months of signing the contract.
- For kitset supply projects, dispatch of the Swanndri gift voucher will occur once final payment has been made in full and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for the Swanndri gift voucher, this date must be no later than 12 months past the signing of the contract.
- Every new KiwiSpan building contract signed will enter into a draw to win: one of three Swanndri gift vouchers valued at $1500.
- The three winners of the Swanndri gift voucher will be drawn at random on Monday 1st July 2024 by an independent third party and will be contacted via the contact details held by their local KiwiSpan licensee.
- If a prize winner cannot be contacted by Monday 29th of July 2024, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
- If a winner has not paid a deposit within six months of the promotion period ending, they will forfeit their prize and the winner will be redrawn.
- If the Swanndri $1500 gift voucher becomes unavailable, we have the right to substitute at our discretion for a prize of similar value.
- By entering the promotion, entrants agree to participate in all promotional, public, or marketing activity requested by KiwiSpan, its related entities and its agents in relation to the promotion without any notification, remuneration or compensation.
- Entry is open to entrants who have signed binding contracts in the promotion period for KiwiSpan steel-structured buildings in New Zealand only and entrants must be resident in New Zealand.
- Employees of the KiwiSpan licensee network and Donovan Group companies are not eligible to enter the promotion.
- Personal information provided by an entrant in connection with the promotion will be collected and used as provided in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kiwispannz.co.nz/privacy-policy/
