KiwiSpan "Get A Free Nespresso®” Competition Terms and Conditions

1. 1. By entering the promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
   2. To be eligible for the free Nespresso® Creatista Uno coffee machine, entrants must sign a new building contract, or kitset supply agreement, with their local KiwiSpan licensee between 8am Thursday 1^st April and 5pm on Monday 31^st May 2021. Failure to complete the entry process correctly may result in the entry being invalid.
   3. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the promotion will be accepted.
   4. The Nespresso® Creatista Uno coffee machine will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee). For kitset supply projects, dispatch will occur once final payment has been made and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for coffee machine redemption, this date must be no later than 1st June 2022.
   5. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not to be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.
   6. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, KiwiSpan and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
   7. Entrants must be 16 years of age or above.
   8. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
   9. Employees of KiwiSpan and Donovan Group Ltd NZ are not eligible to enter this promotion.
   10. This promotion is not in any way, sponsored, administered by, or affiliated with Nespresso®.
   11. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
