1. By participating in this KiwiSpan promotion (Promotion), each KiwiSpan customer (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

2. The Promoter is KiwiSpan Limited, 115 Bank Street, Whangarei.

3. The Promotion: Each eligible new KiwiSpan building contract signed for a steel structured KiwiSpan building with a minimum contract value of $10,000 (excl. GST) will qualify to receive a Pick & Mix Custom Tool Kit up to the promotional value of $500 (Gift), subject to these terms and conditions.

4. The Promotion Period is from Tuesday 1 September 2026 to Saturday 31 October 2026, COB. Only eligible contracts signed during the Promotion Period will qualify.

5. To be eligible for the Promotion, Entrants must have signed a new building contract or kitset supply project during the Promotion Period for a steel structured KiwiSpan building in New Zealand and must be residing in New Zealand.

6. Entrants who sign a new building contract for a steel structured KiwiSpan building must make final payment for the building no later than 12 months after signing the contract.

7. The contract must be signed by both the Entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee. Failure to complete the required process correctly may result in the Entrant being unable to receive the Gift.

8. For kitset supply projects, the Gift will be provided once final payment has been made in full and confirmed by the KiwiSpan licensee. To remain eligible for the Gift, final payment must be made no later than 12 months after signing the contract.

9. To be eligible to receive the Gift, a minimum new building contract or kitset supply value of $10,000 (excl. GST) applies.

10. Eligible Entrants may create their own Pick & Mix Custom Tool Kit by selecting products from the approved Pick & Mix promotional product range provided by KiwiSpan. The approved range includes selected power tools, outdoor power tools, power tool accessories and hand tools from participating brands. Products outside the approved promotional range are not eligible.

All product values will be calculated using the pricing applicable to the Promotion, rather than recommended retail price or other advertised pricing.

11. Entrants may select multiple eligible products from the approved promotional product range to create their Custom Tool Kit, up to a maximum total promotional value of $500.

The $500 promotional value cannot be redeemed for cash, applied as a discount against the KiwiSpan building contract, transferred to another person or exchanged for credit. Any unused portion of the $500 promotional value will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited to the Entrant.

12. The Gift will be provided to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building, with completion determined by the KiwiSpan licensee, and once the building has been paid for in full, provided this occurs within 12 months of signing the contract.

13. All products included in the Pick & Mix promotional range are subject to availability. If a selected product is unavailable or discontinued, the Entrant may be required to select an alternative product from the approved promotional range.

KiwiSpan reserves the right to substitute, add or remove products from the promotional range where reasonably necessary due to product availability or circumstances outside its control.

14. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft or damage associated with the Gift.

15. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error.

The time an entry is deemed to have been made will be the time the entry is received, not the time it is submitted by the KiwiSpan licensee on behalf of the Entrant.

16. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion, including the Gift, at any time at its sole discretion. Any award of the Gift is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where arising from:

(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, whether or not under the Promoter’s control;
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
(c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected, whether or not after receipt by the Promoter;
(d) any variation in Gift value;
(e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant; or
(f) participation in the Promotion or use of the Gift.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify any aspect of these terms and conditions in the event of an error or oversight. Such amendments will be made in good faith and with the intention of rectifying any inaccuracies.

Participants will be notified promptly of any material changes, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure fairness throughout the Promotion.

19. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and likenesses for promotional and advertising purposes without charge and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose.

The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from Entrants.

20. Employees of the KiwiSpan licensee network and Donovan Group companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

21. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by Entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and advising Entrants of further promotions by mail, email or text. Entrants will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications.

Failure to provide requested personal information may result in an Entrant being unable to participate in the Promotion. All personal information provided by Entrants will be held by the Promoter at the address specified above.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. Entrants may request access to or correction of their information by emailing info@kiwispan.co.nz.

22. Personal information provided by an Entrant in connection with the Promotion will be collected and used in accordance with KiwiSpan’s Privacy Policy.
