Welcome to KiwiSpan Manawatu which is owned and operated by Bruce Morris & Kerri-Ann McKenna-Morris. The KiwiSpan Manawatu area covers the Manawatu District Council, Palmerston North City Council and Horowhenua District Council regions, from Bulls to Feilding, Ashhurst to Levin and everything in between. We have been part of the licensee network for over 8 years now, and also have the Wanganui franchise.

Bruce is a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience in the building industry. Kerri-Ann looks after sales, administration and accounts.

Together with our team of staff we oversee the process from sale to construction, and liaise with all contractors and clients to ensure the project runs smoothly.

The friendly KiwiSpan team here, are backed by a small group of local contracting professionals who look after everything from a survey of your site for a site plan, to excavation and site preparation, foundations and concrete slabs, through to our builders who erect every building as though it was their own.

We take pride in selling the KiwiSpan product and invite you to call into our office and showroom at 3/652 Tremaine Avenue, Palmerston North and have a chat about your ideas and help design the perfect building, whether it be a garage or storage shed, a residential home or barn or a commercial/industrial building for your business.  Alternatively, we can visit you at your site.
