Welcome to KiwiSpan Wanganui, which is owned by Bruce Morris & Kerri-Ann McKenna-Morris. Bruce and Kerri-Ann are known in the area for their established business M D Morris & Son Limited, a fourth-generation business established in 1923.

Both Bruce and Kerri-Ann were born and raised in Wanganui and have owned the KiwiSpan Wanganui franchise since 2011. Bruce is a member of the Registered Master Builders and a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience in the building industry. Kerri-Ann looks after the administration and accounts.

The friendly KiwiSpan team here are backed by a small group of local contracting professionals who look after everything from a survey of your site for a site plan, to excavation and site preparation, foundations and concrete slabs, through to our builders who erect every building as though it was their own.

We take pride in selling the KiwiSpan product and invite you to call into our office and showroom at 136 Guyton Street, Wanganui and have a chat about your ideas and help design the perfect building, whether it be a garage or storage shed, a residential home or barn or a commercial/industrial building for your business.  Alternatively, we can visit you at your site.
