KiwiSpan Warkworth (North Rodney) is owned and operated by Craig and Shannon Standen along with Jared Standen as General Manager. The area covers from Te Arai and Te Hana south to include, North Rodney, Mangakura, Kaipara Flats and Puhoi.

Craig has been involved in the construction industry for 35 years and has had a business relationship with KiwiSpan for over 10 years. Supporting the build process and our clients is our dedicated Project Manager, Liam, who oversees the construction of each project from start to finish and liaises with all contractors and clients to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently.

The friendly KiwiSpan team here are backed by a small group of local contracting professionals who look after everything from a survey of your site for a site plan, to excavation and site preparation, foundations, and concrete slabs, through to our build teams who erect every shed/barn as though they were their own.

All enquiries and projects are presently being looked after by our Kumeu office. Our opening hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri.
