1. By partaking in this KiwiSpan promotion (Promotion), each KiwiSpan customer (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The Promoter is KiwiSpan Limited, Level 2, 51 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland.
3. The Promotion: Each new KiwiSpan building contract signed for a steel structured KiwiSpan building with a minimum contract value of $10,000 (excl. GST), will be eligible to receive one free Nilfisk 25L Wet & Dry Vacuum and Dust Extractor – model AERO 26-21 PC (Gift) valued at $500.00 NZD.
4. The period for this promotion (Promotion Period) is between Thursday 1^st of May 2025 and Monday 30^th June 2025, COB. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the Promotion will be accepted.
5. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion, Entrants must have signed a new building contract or kitset supply project in the promotion period for a steel structured KiwiSpan building in New Zealand only and Entrants must be resident in New Zealand.
6. Entrants that sign a new building contract for a steel structured KiwiSpan building must make the final payment for the building no later than 12 months past the signing of the contract.
7. This contract must be signed by both the Entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee. Failure to complete the entry process correctly will result in the entrant being unable to receive the Gift.
8. For kitset supply projects, dispatch of the Gift will occur once final payment has been made in full and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for the Gift, this date must be no later than 12 months past the signing of the contract.
9. To be eligible to receive the Gift, a minimum new building contract or kitset supply value of $10,000 (excl. GST) applies.
10. The Gift will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee) and paid in full within 12 months of signing the contract.
11. In the event that the specified Gift becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative Gift.
12. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft, forgery, or damage associated with Gift.
13. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by the KiwiSpan licensee on behalf of the Entrant.
14. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the promotion (including the prize) at any time at its sole discretion. Any award of the Gift is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter); (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) participation in the promotion or use of a prize.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify any aspect of these terms and conditions in the event of an error or oversight. Such amendments will be made in good faith and with the intention of rectifying any inaccuracies. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure fairness throughout the Promotion.
17. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the Entrants.
18. Employees of the KiwiSpan licensee network and Donovan Group companies are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
19. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this promotion, and to advise details of further promotions by mail, email, or texts. You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering this competition. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter at the address specified in this clause. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email info@kiwispan.co.nz.
20. Personal information provided by an Entrant in connection with the promotion will be collected and used as provided in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://kiwispannz.co.nz/privacy-policy/
