KiwiSpan “Mid-Winter Warmer” Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. To enter the competition, entrants must sign a new building contract, or kitset supply agreement, with their local KiwiSpan licensee between 8am Thursday 9th July and 5pm on Wednesday 30th September 2020. Failure to complete the entry process correctly may result in the entry being invalid.
3. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the promotion will be accepted.
4. Every new KiwiSpan building contract or kitset supply agreement signed will receive:
   1. One entry in the draw to win a trip to Queenstown, and
   2. One Weber® Q BBQ. Buildings smaller than 300m2 will receive a black Weber® Q2000, Buildings 300m2 and larger will receive a black Weber® Q3100.
5. The Weber® Q BBQ will be delivered to the customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee). For kitset supply projects, dispatch will occur once final payment has been made and confirmed by the licensee. Any Weber® Q BBQ’s not supplied by 30th June 2021 will be supplied to the KiwiSpan licensee, to supply onto their customer.
6. The shape of the Weber® Q is a registered trademark.
7. There is one trip to Queenstown to be won. This trip is for two people and includes:
   1. Flights ex Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. Any flights outside of these locations will be at the winner’s cost
   2. Hotel transfers
   3. Two nights accommodation in a 4-star central Queenstown hotel
   4. One day trip including gourmet BBQ lunch on the TSS Earnslaw
8. The winner of the Queenstown trip will be drawn at random on Monday 5th October 2020.
9. The Queenstown trip must be taken within 6 months after the winner is notified. Blackout dates apply, including school holidays and public holidays. Dates are based on availability at the time of booking. 
10. If the Queenstown prize winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the competition closing date, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
11. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not to be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.
12. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, KiwiSpan and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
13. Entrants must be 16 years of age or above.
14. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
15. Employees of KiwiSpan and Donovan Group Ltd NZ are not eligible to enter this promotion.
16. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
