- By entering the competition, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- To enter the competition to win either the Harley-Davidson® Softail Standard® motorcycle or the Kawasaki Jet Ski© STX160X, entrants must sign a new contract for a steel structured KiwiSpan building. This contract must be signed by both the entrant and their local KiwiSpan licensee between 8am Monday 3rd October 2022 and 5pm Wednesday 30th November 2022.
- To be eligible for the competition, a minimum contract value of $50,000 (incl. GST) applies. One valid entry will be entered for every $50,000 (incl. GST) spent i.e. a contract worth $200,000 (incl. GST) will equal four entries.
- Only entries received by the closing date specified for the promotion will be accepted.
- The winner will be randomly drawn on Monday 12th December 2022 by an independent third party and will be contacted via the contact details held by their local KiwiSpan licensee.
- The winner must select either the Harley-Davidson® Softail Standard® motorcycle or the Kawasaki Jet Ski© STX160X as their chosen prize. If the winner does not confirm their prize by Tuesday 31st January 2023, KiwiSpan Head Office will re-draw the winner.
- The prize will be delivered to the winning customer on completion of their KiwiSpan building being built (completion will be identified by the KiwiSpan licensee). For kitset supply projects, dispatch will occur once final payment has been made and confirmed by the licensee. To be eligible for either the Harley-Davidson® Softail Standard® motorcycle or the Kawasaki Jet Ski© STX160X, this date must be no later than Friday 1st December 2023.
- If at any stage the prize winner’s contract for the supply of a KiwiSpan steel structure does not proceed, they will forfeit the prize. Upon two weeks after official notification of the contract’s cancellation, KiwiSpan will redraw the prize winner following the promotional procedure.
- The Harley-Davidson® Softail Standard® motorcycle or the Kawasaki Jet Ski© STX160X is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not to be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.
- It is the responsibility of the prize winner to register their prize (and cover associated costs) with their governing body. On-road costs are excluded and are the responsibility of the prize winner.
- Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, KiwiSpan and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
- If the chosen prize is not currently in stock with the supplier at the time of handover, we will place an order and provide an expected arrival date. If the product is affected by a delay, we will keep you informed and work with you to find an alternative solution.
- By partaking in the promotion, the prize winner agrees to participate in all promotional, public, or marketing activity requested by KiwiSpan, related entities and its agents in relation to the promotion and the use of the prize winner’s image or voice (including photograph, file and/or recording of the same) for an unlimited period of time without any notification, remuneration or compensation.
- Entrants must be 16 years of age or above.
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
- Employees of KiwiSpan, Donovan Group Ltd NZ and related entities are not eligible to enter this promotion.
- Harley-Davidson Australia and New Zealand is not endorsing, sponsoring, or otherwise affiliated with this promotion.
- Kawasaki New Zealand is not endorsing, sponsoring, or otherwise affiliated with this promotion.
