Tauranga Sweep up Two Awards at the 2023 KiwiSpan Conference

The KiwiSpan Licensee of the Year Award is awarded to a licensee who stands as a great embodiment of the KiwiSpan brand and celebrates a licensee’s all-round commitment to driving success in their business. This award was given out at the annual KiwiSpan conference, which was held in Queenstown this year from the 12th to the 14th of September.  

Although it is tough to choose a winner every year, the 2023 Licensee of the Year is awarded to KiwiSpan Tauranga. The region was awarded runner-up last year and have continued to prove themselves as a leader in the KiwiSpan network again this year.  

Tauranga owners Darryn and Jill Astill are an amazing addition to the network and offer great benefits and feedback to others within the KiwiSpan group. They are consistent in their marketing efforts and always remain enthusiastic, positive and proud of what they do. This year they have achieved amazing sales results, and we are proud to celebrate their success at this year’s awards.  

Building on their big win this year, KiwiSpan Tauranga also take out the award for regional marketing excellence. They remain ahead of the game with their marketing efforts, from radio marketing, sponsorships to social media and promotions, and they have created a strong brand presence amongst their local community.

Owner Jill Astill speaks on how they plan to continue to deliver in the future “we are seeing a shift in customer enquiry to more bespoke projects incorporating habitable spaces and or fully habitable homes. We want to take sheds to a new level and be creators of bespoke builds and market trends while remaining consistent in our service and delivery of quality products to our core clients.”
